Step 1: Place Order
Fill out your name email and address on this page.
In the 'Order/Comments' box, tell us what you want to order. Be sure to specify:
Horn or Euphonium.
How many of each.
Type of hardwood. (Horn only)
Click 'Submit' when done.
If you would like a phone call, let us know! Eric will call you promptly or if requested, at a time you specify.
We will contact you if we need any addtional information before sending an invoice.
Step 2: Soft Stands will send you an invoice
We will email you an invoice.
Review the invoice and verify that it is correct. If the invoice is not correct or you have changed your mind, DO NOT fill out the form or make a payment. Contact us to let us know how to correct the invoice.
Step 3: Pay for your order
Mail us your check or money order.
Once the check is cleared, we will ship your order.
We will notify you when the order is shipped.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If for some reason we cannot send your order out immediately, we will let you know before sending out an invoice. (There are times when we may be unavailable and cannot send your order immediately.)
