We are confident you will like your Soft Stand. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may send the stand back and we will refund your money. This guarantee is valid for 30 days after you receive the stand. YOU MUST CONTACT US before returning your stand for this guarantee to be valid!

TWO YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP

In addition to being confident you will like the design and function of your Soft Stand, we are also confident you will agree it is well-made. If you do have a problem with the quality of the materials or workmanship, please contact us.  We will do our best to resolve your concern. Of course, if we determine the damage is due to abuse, this warranty does not apply. Final decision rests with Soft Stands.

REPLACEMENT PARTS

We have had a few customers who wanted specific top rail spacing for their various instruments.  If your instrument does not fit properly, we can exchange the wooden legs for a better fit. You can also purchase a spare set of legs so one stand can be used for narrow and wide instruments. Cost is $25.00 plus shipping. Contact us to discuss.

We have never had to replace any parts due to wear or damage, so we do not have a set price list for parts. If such a need arises, contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
